Hi Gary, Thank you for your query. This is one main feature of our generators, expandability. Wherein you can daisy-chain an infinite number of pods to your liking. Each pod shall increase the overall battery capacity of the system for 1200 watt hours. If you have any follow-up questions, you may reach our support directly via (800) 203-7516, chat, and or email us at support@naturesgenerator.com

Hi John, Thank you for your query. Every run time depends on each appliance's make and model. Fridges on the other hand are different since they have an initial and running watt. Basically, a fridge will only consume power when its compressor is running. If you have any follow-up questions, you may reach our support directly via (800) 203-7516, chat, and or email us at support@naturesgenerator.com

Hi Mark, sadly, we do not sell a 200-watt solar panel. But a third-party solar panel can be used, as long as these specifications are followed:
Standard generator models:
The maximum input is 200 watts per generator/pod
Open Circuit Voltage: 17.4 - 21.6V
Fuse: 8 Amps
Elite generator models:
The maximum input is 300 watts per generator/pod
Open Circuit Voltage: 17.4 - 21.6V
Fuse: 8 Amps
Disclaimer: The company is not liable for any damages that this has caused to the products.

Hi Cesar, Thank you for your query. You can daisy-chain up to (4) 100-watt solar panels, 2 each for the generator/pod. Adding pods will allow you to add 2 more. Please let us know if this answers your question, you can reach us via support@naturesgenerator.com

Hi Jose, thank you for your query. The standard generator and pod can support a maximum of 200-watts of solar charge per generator/pod. Therefore what you can connect is a total of 600-watt of solar panels however, It is restricted to 200-watts per generator/pod. If your 300-watt solar panel is a single unit, I'm afraid that we can't confirm if it is going to be maximized. If you have any follow up questions, please send us a direct message via support@naturesgenerator.com

Hi, thank you for your query. The typical life span of an SLA battery is 500 to 800 full charge cycles. We recommend charging Nature's Generators for at least 24hrs when the product is first received. Thereafter, if you do not plan on using it, we recommend that you charge it to 100% prior to putting it away. Additionally, we highly recommend that you recharge the generator at least once every four months. This will keep the battery active and provide optimum performance when the time comes to use it.

Hi, thank you for your query. Yes, this is definitely safe to do so since UPS is one of the main features of Nature's Generator. If you have further queries, you may message us directly via support@naturesgenerator.com.

Hello-
Thank you for reaching out to us!
Our Nature's Generator Platinum System is able to power a standard size fridge anywhere from 12 to 20 hours continously on battery power alone. The solar panels are able to assist in recharging the battery during the day, but depending on how long you are looking to power the fridge would determine how many additional Power Pods you would need and solar panels to recharge.
Thanks,
Nature's Generator Support Team -

Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our product!
Please see answer to your questions below.
1. Yes, you are able to leave the system plugged and charging continually. The system has an over charge protection that will keep it from over charging and only accept a charge when needed.
2. Yes, as long as you have the system turned off and have it recharging with the solar panels it will be able to recharge. If you recharge it while it is being used, it will take a longer time to fully recharge.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.

Hello-
This system comes with three 100W solar panels, two 50ft solar panel cables and one MC4 Branch connector. You would use the MC4 Branch Connector to connect two solar panels to one cable and the 3rd solar panel to the ramaining cable. One cable you connect to the generator and the other cable to the Power Pod.
Thanks,
Nature's Generator Support Team -
Unfortunately they are not designed to be EMP proof
-
Hello-
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Our system would be able to power the 36watt freezer, unfortunately for the waching machine it would not be able to run it. at 1700 watts, it will deplete the battery rapidly and you would not be able to power anything until you recharge it.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.

Hello-
Thanks for reaching out to us!
Please see the answers to your questions below.
- What is the advantage of having 3 solar panels versus one solar panel with this package?
* With 3 solar panels, you will get up to 300W of recharge compared to 1 panel only getting up to 100W of recharge.
- If this system isn't used for a long period of time, will the battery still be effective or would it need to be charged with a battery charger before use and if so, how often should it be charged?
* If you are storing the system, we suggest that you charge it before storing and then recharge it every 3 to 4 months.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.

Thanks for reaching out to us and for your interest in our product!
You would be able to use the Nature's Generator and Power Pod seperately, but due to the Power Pod not having an inverter, you would need to use a DC to AC inverter.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.

Hello-
Correct, two of the solar panels are connect to either the Nature's Generator or the Power Pod via the MC4 branch connector and 50ft solar panel cable. The third solar panel will be connected to either the Nature's Generator or Power Pod (which ever one does not have the two panels) with the additional 50ft solar panel cable.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.

Both Nature's Generator and Power Pod have solar inputs. Each solar input port can handle 200 watts of solar panels respectively. Thanks.
-
Hello-
Unvortunately you would not be able to wire it directly to a breaker box. The only option would be to purchase one of our Power Transfer Kits, this will allow you to tie the power transfer kit to the breaker box. Once it is wired together, you would connect the Nature's Generator to the Power Transfer Kit and at that point it will allow you to power the items you have connected to those specific circuits.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.
Thank you,
Nature's Generator Support Team -
Hello-
Thank you for reaching out to us.
The reason the cables are configuered differently is due to the charge controller for each item. The charge controller for the Wind Turbine and the charge controller for the Solar Panels have a different configuration.
Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist with.
Thank you,
Nature's Generator Support Team -
Unfornately not. Lithium battery is more delicate than lead acid battery and requires additonal controlling circuits to manage the lihium battery. Thanks
-
The fueses for expasion port are the same type of the fuses used in the car that can be puchased in auto stores. The fuses for DC port and inverter are auto resettable.
-
Ye, you can connect 200watt of solar panels to the power pod and connect 200 watt of solar panels to the generator. Power Pod has 100Ah battery and Generator has 60Ah battery. So the system is designed to have 2 of 100watt solar panel for the power pod and 1 of 100watt solar panel for the generator to maintain proper charging speed, but obvisouly 4 of 100watt solar panel can charge the system even faster. Thank you for the interest in Nature's Generator.
-
We include MC4 branch conenctors in Platinum System to connect 2 solar panels in parrallel. Thank you for the interest in Nature's Generator.
-
No. you cannot. You can connect one Nature's Generator to two Power Pods at the same time, but you cannot connect two Nature's Generators to one Power Pod at the same time. Thanks
-
Either Nature's Generator or Power Pod can accept 2 of 100 watt solar panels. The solar panels need to be connected in parrallel way (keep the same voltage, but double the current). Thank you for interest in Nature's Generator.
-
Hello - based on our calculations, the Platinum System would not be big enough to provide the run time you are looking for. The Platinum System alone would only provide about 2 hours of run time if you're looking to draw 700W continuously. To get to the 12 hour run time desired, you would have to add more components. So not only would you need a Platinum System, you would need to get an additional 4-5 Nature's Generator Power Pods and an additional 9-11 Power Panels. Based on our estimation, adding these additional components would provide the desired 12 hour run time with a 700W continuous draw. The Nature's Generator Systems are also capable of taking a charge while being used without harmful effects. Please feel free to ask us any further questions.
